Every single one of our sessions is a private one-on-one session built around the results of your student’s Initial Assessment. We do not offer group classes or generic one-size-fits-all pre-planned workouts.
The Body Shoppe is also focused on proactive prevention, retraining the body before it encounters overuse injuries.
The Body Shoppe is for your student-athlete if they are:
- Age 15+
- Currently a student athlete (ie soccer, football, dance team, softball, cross country, track baseball, etc) or someone who is regularly super physically active (ie martial arts, ballet, rock climbing, cycling, etc)
- Are training or competing at a high intensity
- Are interested in longevity in their sport and learning how to prevent injuries as well as take care of their body long term
With The Body Shoppe, we’ll use a combination of Yoga, Pilates and Stretch to rebuild the body’s core foundation, retrain postural habits and train the “bad habits” out of the body. We’ll target flexibility and Range of Motion with the scientifically proven method of Stretch Therapy. Each low impact, full body session is designed to:
- Be a Full-Body, Low Impact Workout
- Retrain and redevelop muscle memory
- Develop and improve core strength
- Improve muscle imbalances from front to back and right to left
- Lengthen and strengthen the muscles
- Improve range of motion
- Increase flexibility
- Improve balance and proprioception (the body’s awareness of itself in space)

- Initial Assessment: We’ll start with an Initial Assessment and get super clear on where your student athlete is physically. We’ll go over their current activities, assess overall core strength and current range of motion. From there, we’ll create a plan to strengthen, lengthen and restore where needed. $75 Value
- Personalized Plan of Action: Based on the results of the initial assessment, we’ll create a plan to strengthen, lengthen and restore muscles where needed as well as target balance, Range Of Motion and flexibility. $200 Value
- Private One Hour Session Every Week for 6 Weeks: Each session is comprised of a customized 45 minute full body low impact Pilates workout followed by 15 minutes of LifeStretch Stretch Therapy. $450 Value

- LifeStretch Fascial Stretch Therapy: Each session will include 15 minutes of stretch therapy to really target flexibility, ROM and retrain muscle memory while making sure your body gets the rest, recovery and restoration it needs.
