Pillows & Neck Pain + How to choose the right pillow

Are you guys enjoying the February Posture as Self Love series so far? What have you learned? What little things have you changed? What else would you like to learn in relation to posture and daily activities?

Surprisingly, one of the most common questions I get as a Pilates Instructor is “How do I pick a good pillow?”

So, today completes our focus on sleep postures with some quick tips on how to pick a pillow! It’s a little bit like Goldilocks and you may end up having to try out several different styles to find the perfect one, but once you do, your body will thank you!
