Sleep Postures: The Stomach Sleeper

Are you a stomach sleeper? As a former stomach sleeper, I know how comfortable this position can be. Unfortunately, stomach sleeping is one of the worst ways to spend your night. Aside from neck pain, tightness and irritation, stomach sleeping can also cause low back pain and sore muscles.
