What do the words “Good Posture” mean to you?

Posted on February 21, 2021January 14, 2025 by pilatesnative

What do the words “good posture” mean to you?

Do you immediately stand up rod straight with your shoulders back and suck the tummy in?

Do you pull yourself upright out of your slinky chair position and sit still and tight?

Do you imagine walking with books balanced perfectly on your head?

Tell me what these 2 little words mean to you and tomorrow we’ll talk about seating and standing posture.
