Our program is perfect for aspiring instructors who:
Want hands-on, in-person training to gain real-world experience
Prefer small group mentorship, capped at 6 participants per cohort
Want to develop a deep understanding of each Pilates exercise and how to teach it effectively
Are interested in working with diverse populations: prenatal, athletes, active seniors, students and more
Prefer a structured Mat or Comprehensive program that focuses on the foundations and provides a true understanding of the Pilates method

Early enrollees can begin logging practice and observation hours.
Here’s what’s included in tuition
Our program is all inclusive and includes everything required for certification:
All required student manuals
All required classroom hours with a certified instructor
All required group classes and required private sessions
All required mentor hours
Access to the studios and the ability to take classes with different instructors
A safe, comprehensive training experience with a lead studio that is trauma informed
The ability to apply previous Pilates and Instructor Training experience towards the required training hours
Written and practical exams
