We specialize in athletes, sports injury prevention and recovery, prenatal and postnatal bodies, men, and clients with hypermobility and hEDS. Our approach is grounded in three foundational pillars: Rest, Recover, Restore.
Pilates & Pilates + Stretch Combos
Private sessions, small group classes, duets, trios, and themed mat pop-ups designed to support strength, mobility, and resilient movement. Our Pilates work is tailored to the individual, with a strong focus on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term function.
Stretch & Bodywork
Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST) and Thai Yoga Bodywork to support mobility, recovery, and nervous system regulation. Ideal for athletes, highly active bodies, and anyone feeling tight, restricted, or stuck despite stretching on their own.
Group & Workshops
Small group classes, workshops, special events, and seasonal offerings like Soul Stretch. These experiences blend movement, recovery, and rest, creating space for consistency, community, and deeper integration.
Teacher Education & Mentorship
In addition to our studio services, we offer a separate, small-group mentorship program designed for individuals who want to deepen their understanding of Pilates methodology and movement principles. This program is delivered as guided study, observation, and one-on-one mentorship within the studio.
