Soul Stretch

somatic stretch, energy work, and guided release

A gentle, pain-free blend of stretch and nervous system support designed for bodies that feel tight, stiff, or overwhelmed.

Your body doesn’t need to be fixed.
It needs space to soften.

Soul Stretch is a slow, grounding stretch experience designed to help your nervous system settle and your body feel safe enough to let go. We utilize energy work, guided breath work, meditation practices, card pulls and experiment with somatic movement and curiosity.

What is Soul Stretch?

Our emotions, stress, and life noise live in our bodies.
The goal of Soul Stretch is to give the body a safe place to release somatically, while also building a sustainable stretch routine that supports flexibility, mobility, and nervous system health.

Soul Stretch blends intentional movement with energy work to help your body let go of what it’s been holding — physically, emotionally, and energetically.

If you love all things a little “woo-woo” and identify as tight, stiff, or inflexible, Soul Stretch with Pilates Native is for you.

Soul Stretch is for you if:

  • You’re open-minded and curious about energy work

  • You have super tight muscles or limited flexibility (can’t touch your toes)

  • Your range of motion feels like it’s getting worse, not better

  • Stretching on your own does nothing — or makes things worse

  • Your body doesn’t feel as mobile as it used to

  • Rest and recovery are words you’ve heard of, but don’t really practice

  • Your mind and body have developed compensations, habits, or patterns to get through life — whether or not they’re serving you

  • You suspect there’s more going on beneath the surface than “tight muscles”

I participated in a virtual stretch session around the beginning of the pandemic with Rubecca, and it was SO helpful. I didn’t realize how much tension I was holding in my body, and even though we weren’t in the same room together, I could feel her expertise through the guidance she provided. I highly recommend working with her!

What People are Saying

Rubecca is such a gifted stretch therapist! I was a little intimidated going into our session, but her calm, gentle, yet firm style instantly put me at ease. After a stretching session with her, my tight muscles instantly felt relief, and I really appreciated how she incorporated her seemingly endless knowledge of biomechanics without being overwhelming.

Why Soul Stretch Works

The mind and body are incredibly good at adapting.
They’re also very good at hiding emotions and stress in joints, tissue, and fascia, storing them away to deal with later.

Over time, these compensations can show up as:

  • Shortened range of motion

  • Improper muscle activation

  • Tightness, stiffness, or pain

  • Emotional reactivity or burnout

  • Inefficient movement and, eventually, injury

Soul Stretch addresses the whole system — not just the symptom.
