Stretch Therapy & Bodywork

We offer Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST) and Thai Yoga Bodywork to support mobility, recovery, and nervous system regulation. Ideal for athletes, highly active bodies, and anyone feeling tight, restricted, or stuck despite stretching on their own.

Give your hardworking body the gentle stretch, rest & movement it needs.

“I can’t touch my toes.”

“I can’t get my leg to do this….”  *awkward attempt to move leg into a figure-four stretch position.

“I’m just soooo tight!”

“The more I stretch, the worse it gets!”

Sound familiar?

If you’re active and want to stay that way, but your body increasingly identifies as stiff, tight, tired or inflexible, Stretch Therapy with Pilates Native may be for you.

Two Ways to Work with Us

Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST)

FST is gentle, assisted stretch therapy performed fully clothed on a stretch table. You relax while your practitioner does the work.

FST is for you if:

  • You have super-tight muscles or limited flexibility.

  • Your range of motion seems to be getting worse.

  • Your body just doesn't feel as mobile as it used to.

  • Stretching yourself does nothing, or makes things worse.

  • You're training hard and recovery isn't keeping up.

  • Rest and recovery are words you've heard of but rarely employ in your own life.

  • You want hands-on bodywork but aren't comfortable with massage.

Gentle, pain-free assisted stretching designed to help you move with more freedom and less restriction.

Thai Yoga Bodywork

Thai Yoga is a fully clothed, assisted form of bodywork that combines gentle stretching, rhythmic compression, and supported movement. You get to relax while your practitioner moves your body for you.

Thai Yoga may be right for you if:

  • Your body feels stiff, tired, or generally in need of some TLC.

  • You know you need to stretch, but don't particularly want to do the stretching yourself.

  • You have a hard time slowing down or relaxing on your own.

  • You want recovery work that feels restorative rather than like another workout.

  • Stress and tension seem to show up physically in your body.

  • You want to improve mobility without actively working through a stretching routine.

  • You like the idea of bodywork but prefer to remain fully clothed.

Supported stretching, movement, and bodywork designed to help your body and your nervous system slow down, let go, and recover.
