NPCP Certified Instructor Training

Hands-on, in-person Pilates instructor training. We are NPCP-certified and a host site for PhysicalMind. Our training is designed for folks who want real-world teaching skills, embodied understanding, and the confidence in their skills to be an amazing instructor.
